我和家人的H1B/4在2008-4月到期. 我的新大学申请了我的H1Btransfer,我一旦报到后,家人是否必须马上申请延期? 还是他们目前的H4继续有效到4/2008? 因为可能在明年4月之前要回国看老人. 另外,付申请费可以用个人支票吗? 多谢了!
