REF如下:

a copy of your family register census showing your parentage, which has registered with the proper civil authorities of the country of your birth.

我只要公证我父母的户口本就行了吗?

他们的户口本上没有我,我已于多年前,从家乡迁到北京,后出国,户口从北京注销.
我需要证明我的户口曾在家乡吗?
