问题的继续——I140，I485， and Q36

在递交了140之后，Q36事实上变成了两个问题。如果回答Yes，紧接着问 If yes, who? 如何回答？

这里分H1B和H4两种，分485之前和485之后两种。具体如下：

1. 140之后，485之前
由于目前阶段只与H1B有关，与H4无关，并且是employer做的petition，似乎应该这样回答：
H1B: Yes, (if yes, who?) Employer's name
H4: No.

2. 485之后
这个有点搞不懂。请高人指点。
H1B: Yes, (if yes, who?) Employer's name or what?
H4: same as H1B, or [Yes, (if yes, who?) H1b's name ?
