I am a US citizen and I will apply for immigration for my brother's family, I know they will wait for around 12 years. My point is that my nephew will apply for student visa to come to USA to study within this period. So, if it hurt that he get the student visa after I apply for immigration for him? I am looking forward to your answers and appreciate all your kindly help!
