6.13的injustice，在7.2已经得到了justice. Game over.

在移民总额不能增加的情况下，
在中国配额不能增加的情况下，
在中国技术移民配额不能增加的情况下，
在中国技术移民需求远远大于配额的情况下，
打乱原有的排队而让后来者加塞插队，
就是最大的injustice。
好在这个injustice，已经在7.2得到匡正.
