I-140 pending and fingerprint

13 months later, I got RFE from Nebraska center for the I-140 (NIW). 2 months have passed without any news after my RFE submittal. On the other hand, I submitted I-485 last september while I-140 still pending. last week I got the notice for fingerprint next month. I wonder whether i should call the custumer center concerning the stutas of my I-140, for some friends got their approval one month, one week, even one day after they submitted the RFE. Any friends have some experience or idea how to deal with the situation like mine. Thanks in advance!
