CA is different?

既然你的J1是CA CITIZEN，我想第一个问题对你而言应该不存在了吧--you mean VO won't refuse Canadian's wife (because they sure CA J1 won't stay in USA after training?), even if I'm Chinese? I entered from CA with B2, changed to F1.
