请问有过NC经历的人，你们有没有遇到这种情况？

我最近收到移民局要求FINGERPRINT的信，原话是这么说的：

To process your applicaation, Citizenship and Immigration Services must take your fingerprints and have them cleared by the FBI.

然后也没有CODE，这种FINGERPRINT后绿卡能很快APPROVE吗？NC已经两年了，都想破口大骂了。
