NIW 485 VSC-TSC, Card Ordered!

I just received an E-mail for both my wife and my cases as follow. Does it mean that our 485s are approved?
Details of my case:
NIW (VSC): PD 07/2005, 140 AD 11/2005
485 RD 09/2005, 1st FP 10/2005, 03/2007 transferred to TSC, 2nd FP:05/2007
no LUD until today.
