Yes I believe My Hu*****and's H4 on I-94 is going to expire before my h1b extension approval (now H1B extension need 3-6 months to get approval), so I don't have other option except file h4 extension with my H1b receipt.

I asked my Attorney (140/485) he said he can file H-4 extension with H-1B extension receipt. But it looks like my University and you prefer that I have H1b PP.
