you can't choose Judge, prepare for the response

to MTD. Now >99% WOM will get MTD, this is their strategy. you just need to prepare to fight back. If you prepare your response well, and the Judge is NOT too bad, AUSA will ask USCIS/FBI finish their job BEFORE judge take any action
