求助，WOM案子突然改变法官，我该怎么办？

今天收到法庭来信，要把我的WOM案子交给一位magistrate judge去审。理由是现在district judge的事情太多。我的WOM延期时间还没到，但AUSA告诉我，他准备向法庭提出motion to dismiss (MTD). 请问我该任何应对，是反对还是同意法官的改变。
