CIS HOLDING JULY 1-485 APPLICATIONS

偶觉得,CIS现在不退回七月递交的I-485, 可能是因为: 如果AILF提出诉讼的话, CIS可以说明自己没有退回这些申请, 让自己处在一个比较有利的位置. 如果退回的话, 在诉讼中的位置就不利于自己啦.

反正我先收着, 至于什么时候开始审理,那要看DOS的配额啦.
