请小白兔解答４８５问题，urgent!!! I got a LUD today.

请小白兔解答４８５问题:

My wife was arrest before due to some misunderstanding between my wife and the police officer. The court judgement is ACD, dismiss after half a year.

Now do you think this will cause a interview for the I-485 case?

If there is interview, will the visa officer interview my wife or both of us? (I am the principle applicant and my wife is the secondary applicant).

Is there a chance my case will be approved first?

BTW, my and my wife I485 cases have been updated (LUD) today. Is this a good sign?
