xiaobaitu plz help... 140 RFE lost?!

I got an email from the USCIS that a RFE notice for my I-140 case was mailed on 05/12/2007, but neither my attorney nor my employer got it after a month. The attorney called and asked them to send another copy on 06/23/2007, but still got nothing till today.... any suggestions OR any friend had similar experience? I really don't know what's wrong and what I can do....
