小白兔，有个关于140的问题。

现在大家都不能file485了， 我决定先file140，
1）如果premium service在8月后又回来了， 我可不可以在已经file出去的140上加premium service。

2）如果在140批准只前，我能不能够file485， 而且被认为是con－current filing？
