I485 is pending, H1 is valid till 2008. used AP for last entry, work for the same company. current EAD is expired in March.
1)Can I have H1 transferred? My attorney says it may or may not.company attorney said I should use EAD after using AP.
2)Do I work without authorization now? what should I do? Just applied EAD, but how to explain the EAD gap? Will this affect I485 which is still pending? Thanks!
