绿卡批了

经过1年9个月的努力, 我今天终于拿到绿卡了.

I140/I485 EB1 filed on 9 月2005 (排期前一天) to VSC
I140 approved on April 2006
1st FP 12/2005
2nd FF 5/2007
case transfered to TSC March 2007
I485 approved on July 2nd

During the case processing, I applied AP/EAD three times. the last time one week before approval (can't get the money back). Went back home twice with AP.报Wrote to congressman one month before approval (no response)
visited infopass twice.

在申请绿卡其间从这个论谈中得到很多有用的信息,谢谢大家.我的经验是自己要做好充足的HOMEWORK before you hire an attorney. 同时好的律师是很重要的.我的律师在申请递出以后仍就给我了很多建议, 在我申请AP和EAD以及身份问题上给了我很明确的答复.
最近看到大家在论坛上发很多牢骚, 使我想起2005年大排期前我们的情况.我想在论坛里还是多给大家提供一些信息的好.牢骚对任何人都没有借鉴价值.最后祝大家都顺利拿到绿卡.
