多久可以收到I-485 receipt?

我们的I485和I140同时在今年2007年5月初递上去了，我们的LC的优先日期2004年5月，2007年5月29日I-140批准了。可是到现在还未收到I485的receipt。请问： 需要多久可以收到I-485 receipt?
