回复：may not problem for skilled immigrants

I think to skilled GC applicants, like most in this forum, English would not be a problem, because most of us took TOEFL and GRE.

However, I do worry someone abusing language, even their mother tongue. I think it may not be bad thing if they cannot get GC.
