2 questions about I140-NIW

1. Is it true that the fees charged for all I-140 cases are the same (e.g. $135), no matter how many dependents are filed for in the cases?

2. Is it true that two copies of Form ETA-750 B are required to attach to I-140 (NIW), but only set of other supporting materials (such as publications, reference letters, etc) is needed?
