Emergency questions!! Thanks

我是H1-b, 年底想回国结婚，过一阵子想去加拿大签证。我的问题是去年9月底我因为family emergency回国，那时候刚刚开始工作2个月，还用的是OPT，可是在我回国期间，我的H1-b突然批了，我回美的时候还不知道，过两天律师通知我批了，所以I-797上面的I-94号码和我手上的这个不一样，请问我这次申请H1-b会有问题吗？

我上次回去的时候，OPT工作了两个月，H1-b application pending. F1 visa
was still valid (because I went back once more early 2006). the dates of
travel were 9/29/06-10/5/06.The start date of I-797
was 10/3/06.OPT end date was 6/19/07.
