Question: will I-485 case be transfered from TSC to CSC?

Our I-485 cases are pending in Texas Service Center for 3 years. I will move to California this year. My wife will still live in Texas, the old address. Both our name will be showed on the leasing contract.

Question:
1. Do I have to notify TSC for address change?

2. If so, Will our cases be transferred to California Service Center? Or our cases will be separated in different service centers?

2. Any bad effect for case transfer to CSC? More delay?
