This is not in China. If you post his name here, he might find a reason to sue you. You did the right thing to contact local ABA and report his mal-practice. Once ABA has it on record, this guy is finished. You may want to let him know first so that he might be freightened and give all your money back. Plus, most of law firms have mal-practice insurance. So, they have enough money to compensate you. Just collect all the evidence you have, e-mails, mail receipts, phone records, etc. Definitely sue him!!!!
