mmei: 现在办H1延期提前3个月就可以了，因为H1的处理

并不要太多时间，又是在新的批准时间为时间起点，没有必要提前半年左右，一般不超过三月就会批下来。在就是有240天规则在起作用，即收到收件就可以继续工作，到期240天还未批才要求停下来等批件，很少有人H1延期要240天的。
