请问大家如果h4没有收到receipt, 那么h4 expire 以后，还是合法的吗？

是关于孩子的，大人已经办了延期已经批准了，但没有马上给小孩办。结果赶上这个大混乱了，前几天刚递上去，可是８月份过期，如果在此之前收不到receipt, 那么小孩是不是out of status 了？ 请问有h4 的premium processing 吗？
