还是H1B回国的问题。
我的H1B将于08年2月到期，现刚开始办延期（加快）。打算9月底回国。有可能走的时候延期仍未办好。但仍打算在那时回国。我打算让我朋友在我的新H1B下来后给我寄到中国（我将在国内呆2－3个月）。这种方法有什么问题吗？我所能想到的一个问题是：到时候我在中国会受到一张新的I－94卡。而若按正常途径（即受到新的H1B后再走），我在出关时应该把我的新旧两张I－94卡都上交（旧的I－94有效期为08年2月）。
请大侠们指点我该怎么办？
