I filed my NIW I-485, Apr. 2004. Still pending. I contact company B, they said they never inform USCIS about my status and they welcome me to join them at any time. And they also agree if I work over time or work on my vacation days plus weekend and hollidays, they can pay me two months back, eg pay me from Apr, 2007. So my question is: 1. If I get pay start from Apr, 2007, whether my H1B status is OK?
2. Since company said they never report to USCIS, whether my I-485 is fine.
