any suggestions for my situation? Please help me!

I concurrently filed my I-140/I-485 in 2005 and my I-140 was approved and I-485 is still pending. Mu hu*****and just filed his I-485 and EAD in this June. Today I called CIS and was told by an officer that My name check was cleared and I should hear something about my I-485 within 2 months. My HB1 and my hu*****and's HB4 will be expired at end of 2007. My questions are:

1) should I renew HB-1 visa now or should I wait 2 months to see if I can get I-485 approved?

2) If I don't renew HB-1, What is my hu*****and's status after my I-485 get approved and my Hb-1 expired?

Please give me some suggestions. Thank you very much.
