help on letter to first lady and Mr. Kennedy

My wife and me have sent our I-485 applications on 9/05. I am the principle applicant. My wife name checked is clear on 1/07, and my name check was stuck. I would like to write a letter and an email to Mrs first lady and Sen. Kennedy (I am in MA) to speed up my name check. If you happen to have a sample letter, could you share it?
