Infopass answer on name check status

Just checked with inforpass on name check status. They said our name check would begin again from the dated of 2nd fingerprint which is May 2007. Eventhough we did our 1st fingerprint in May 2005, the whole 2 years' time has been wasted and wouldn't be counted in. Does anybody get similar answer from inforpass? It is so..... ridiculous. Thank you for sharing.
