This should be AILA's attorney's job. Let them figure out. It's gonna be a class lawsuit. So the only thing we need to do is to decide if we want to join as plaintiffs.
I believe AILA will only bring the lawsuit if it believes it will be a viable case and has a chance to win. Otherwise, AILA will stop short of an actual lawsuit.
