My case was same as your. My I-140 and I-485 were filed up 19/09/2003 in TSC. The end of Dec last year, I went to Houston local office for my EAD and was told that my I-485 was holding for investigation. Lsat month, all my forms (I-140 and I-485) were transferd to Houston local office from TSC, then I had my three months EAD. I have no idea what I am going to do.
