请教小白兔和江老师及大家: 六月25日交进去的I-485, 还没有

六月25日交进去的I-485, 还没有拿到RECEIPT#, 这次排期更改会有什么影响?

第二个问题: 从现在开始到九月底, 还有I-485被批准吗?

感到比较困惑, 有朋友在上次排期倒退前递的I-485, 排期倒退后, 他的CASE就停下来不审啦,等排期变CURRENT后才批的. 这次的情况跟排期倒退有什么不同.

USCIS的通知上说, ALL AVAILABLE IMMIGRANT VISAS HAVE BEEN ALLOCATED. 这是不是说, 他们收到的还没有批准的I-485把那些名额占了. 还是说批准的把名额占啦.

请江老师, 小白兔和其他同学批评指正.
