请问法居士,假博士等交了I-140后地址问题

我的NIW　GC是通过律师楼办的．我02年5月交了I-140后搬了家，但是没有通知ＩＮＳ．今年１月初我查移民局case status on line, 显示 "This case has been approved, a written notice has been sent to applicant" I-140批准的NOTICE 于3天后送到了律师楼. 然后我于2月底交了I-485等. 填I-485时候我用我搬家后的新地址.

昨天我又好奇, 就把我I-140的RECEIPT #在移民局的网上又查了一下,结果是"Our last written notice in this case was returned as undeliverable by the post office on March 5, 2004. To update the mailing address so this notice can be re-sent, please call the National Customer Service Center at [phone]."

我的问题是, 这个last written notice 是什么呀? 是和1月份送到律师楼的那个I-140批准的notice吗? 移民局送这个notice 是一式二份, 一份给律师, 一份给申请人吗?
