6/28-6/30 LUD earmark for Visa#

Now I believe they picked some approvable cases (old cases) earmarked for visa#. that is why there were LUDs on I485 on 6/28-6/30.

I long know that the immigration system is designed to screw chinese and indian talented legal immigrants, but this time they do it too obvious, may backlash.
