这次被打回来下次递交485的时候表格第二页上问

“have you ever before applied for permanent resident status in the U.S.”我的理解时还应该选"No",对不对？因为我们没有收到485的receipt,和A number，支票也没有清.所以只能算是“拒绝办理”，而不是“拒绝”。
