OPT转H4: I-539填表的问题

我现在OPT，想要转H4，随老公递交了485申请（老公的140/485 pending）。有关I-539填表的问题.在Part 4 question 3:
a.Are you an applicant for an immigrant visa?
b.Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you?
c.Has a form-485 ever been filed by you?
我那个要填YES?律师建议都填YES, 否则会影响批准.心理感觉不踏实,希望大家帮帮忙.谢谢.
