What should I do?

After waiting for a long time and lost patient,I decided to change my job and filed H1-B transfer. Within two weeks, I found my PD current. I ted my i485 around June 5 this year. My lawyer told me that H1-B transfer would not cause bad effect to my immigration process. But my old company is closing down, I can not afford RFE. Can anybody tell me whether I need to withdraw my H1-B transfer petition (have not receive receipt notice yet).
