急问：NIW, 现在只拿到3份推荐信， 我可以先File

I140/485 with 这3份信， 然后等我另外3份信（oversea的，都正在路上）拿到后，我再给移民局补充材料，请问这样做可否？
都是听说排期要立马倒退， 被吓的！！！
