奇怪？--上海签证的预约日期--请帮忙！！！

我爸爸打算明年一月去上海签，让我12月把材料寄过去。可是这两天他听到有人说现在上海预约已经约到明年了。怎么可能会是这样呢？他想直接打到领事馆问，可据说打去就直接给约定时间了，不回答问题。我在网上也只查到北京的进度，有没有最近在上海预约的，到底已经排到哪个月啦？先谢啦！
