I saw my case number is in 向美国务院发出“不持异议信”Case Number清单, what's the next I should do?

Do I need to sent all the information to DOS by myself? I haven't received the "no objection letter" from chinese embassy yet, just saw it online.

which DOS website I could visit to find out the status of my case?
