I didn't do anything, the officer at the Customs gave them 6 Months stamp. I heard a lot of these cases. No matter how many months to got on your visa, you will get 6 mos at the customs. But I also heard, if you don't go back by the time limit on your visa, you will have trouble to get the visa again.
