急问，有两个140，file485的问题，律师这话啥意思？

我今年5月file了 EB1A和NIW两个140，其中那个EB1a比NIW早一点，现在两个都是pending，现在打算file 485。

我的律师是这样回信的：
I would (will if I do it) state that we want the I-485s to be joined with the NIW case, but that if the NSC intends to return the I-485s for a change in visa priority numbers by the date of receipt, then please join the I-485s to the EA case in the alternative - and send copies of both receipt notices with the I-485s 。

请问律师这是啥意思？
是不是说：我们说明这个485是跟着那个NIW的，但是可能有说法是485先跟着那个早的140（我们就是EB1a早一些）如果因为这个被拒绝了，就把这个485转到EA了？？

请问我理解的对吗？
