如何里解表里以下的这两句话：

Applicant's employment last five years.(if none ,so state.)List employment first.(full name and address of employer,occupation,from..to..)
是否应在此以下填写最近五年的受雇情况？


Show below last occupation abroad if not shown above(include all information requested above.)
以上这句话是否理解为，上一栏中近五年如果没有受雇的经历，在此年限之外的最后受雇工作的情况填写在下面？

也就是说是否意味着如果上面一栏的五年内受雇情况填写了，下面一栏就可以不填呢
