1/2005: I-140 & 485 concurrently filed
4/2005: I-140 approved.
Then stuck in name check.
Wrote to senator, congressman. Went to info pass many many times.
1/2007: File WOM
3/2007: motion to dismiss (MTD).
4/2007: 回应 MTD.
5/2007: motion hearing. The judge didn’t grant MTD. No ruling either. 但法官表示原告方等待时间 unreasonably long. 确定下次 hearing的时间。
6/2007,绿卡批准。
