Question on travelling to Canada and coming back to US

I have a question regarding to travelling to Canada. I have a valid US H1b visa and Chinese passport with valid multiple entry Canada Visitor visa. I have a one week vacation next week and I want to visit Vancouver for 6 days. Do I need to get the US visa (the stamp on my passport) to come back to US?
