请问老师是不是如果I140 pending还需要140收据和LC的复印件？

请问老师，我读了一下I-485的表格，上面说道：

If Form I-140 is pending, copies of the Form I-140 receipt notice and the page of the DOL labor certification showing the priority date(if LC is required) or a copy of the Form I-140 receipt notice(if LC is not required)

是不是除了I-140 receipt还需要LC的复印件呢？好像所有的贴里大家都没有提到这些啊。
