究竟什么时候邮寄I-485,彻底胡涂了,请大家说说

原本打算6月30日寄出I-485申请材料.但刚才打电话给我律师,他说得7月1日之后寄,以寄的邮戳为准.另外,所填表格上的日期都必须是7月1日之后.请问USCIS究竟是以他们收到申请材料的当日为准,还是以我们寄出材料的邮戳日期为准?是不是所有材料的日期落款都必须是7月1日之后?
