Thanks for your reply. I don't know what I did wrong but my PERM case has been through audit, denial and appeal. And now it's time to go through this again. I'm hopeless.......

It's because that my lawyer moved in this long process. Although they asked for address change, DOL still sent the mail to the old address. Now I don't know where it is....
